The opening of the new Terminal 2 of Munich airport on June 29, 2017 was the completion of a major project, which was marked by impressive numbers for OBO Bettermann:
Why did the customer choose OBO products?
more than 7,000 metres of underfloor ducts were routed and over 1,500 underfloor connection sockets inserted. For this, around 1,000 Device installation units which were created as special versions to match the special granite floor.
In the office areas, over 1,300 service outlets and more than 2,000 pre-wired mounting boxes were installed. OBO was able to implement countless special solutions, such as counter sockets and screed-flush ducts quickly and deliver them on time. Despite an extremely tight schedule, OBO's logistics ensured that all the necessary system and accessory parts were available on-site in good time. The client and the involved workers all praised this.
