Staying young – A series
Classic and still youthful: The known A series junction boxes have had a makeover. Halogen-free thermoplastic is just as much of a hallmark of the A series as a tight-fitting clamshell and pre-marked cable entries. All the sizes are available with and without terminal strips. A practical cutting tool also allows exact opening of the cable entries. Besides the standard colour, light grey, the junction boxes are also available in red for use with signal cables.
The popular OBO T series grows and grows. With sizes from T25 to T350, all kinds of versions and a wide range of accessories, the junction boxes are suitable for use in practically any installation situation. New size: an elevated cover creates extra wiring space in five model sizes with and without entries. Transparent covers offer good visibility onto the installed components. All the junction boxes of the T series feature UV-resistant, impact-resistant and halogen-free material and are ideally suited for use both indoors and outdoors. The comprehensive range of accessories means that electronic components can be mounted easily on mounting plates or on the supplied hat profile rail.
Pre-assembled Wieland and Modul 45 plug connections reduce mounting work to a minimum. The wide range of variants means that the T series is perfectly matched to all kinds of different installation tasks.
The OBO junction boxes of the DAB and B series are made of Aminoplast. This plastic is hard and is highly resistant, meaning that the junction boxes are very stiff and stable. The B series is particularly suitable for environments with extreme temperature deviations.
The aluminium empty housings The Mx series were designed for use under the toughest conditions and provide optimum protection of the installation. Their metal housing can resist both extremely high and low temperatures as well as major differences in temperature. High impact loads in an industrial surrounding, vandalism or rock falls are not able to harm the housing.
The FireBox is tested and approved as a connection socket for electrical function maintenance to DIN 4102 Part 12 with the classes E30 to E90. The high temperature-resistant terminals for the connection of the individual wires of the cables are premounted into a connection unit.
